Charlene Gross
went home to be with the Lord on November 6th 2006





Charlene Gross she was a retired factory worker and a charter member of the Kentenia Full Gospel Baptist Church, in which she was very active.

Charlene Gross, 77, Wallins, died Nov. 6, 2006, at her residence.

A native of Gray, she was a retired factory worker and a charter member of the Kentenia Full Gospel Baptist Church, in which she was very active.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Cecil Gross; and her parents, Ambrose and Georgia Sprinkles Foley.

Survivors include seven children: Paul Gross, Eubank; Cecil Gross Jr., LaFollette, Tenn.; Lloyd Gross, Wallins; David Gross, Illinois; Kenneth Gross, Burlington, Wisc.; Roy Lee Gross, Wallins; and Lynn Spangler, Illinois; two sisters: Darlene Branim, Mesa, Ariz.; and Dean Shelburn, Shelbyville; a special sister-in-law, Maxine Gross; 21 grandchildren: Ashley, Rachel, Dana, Brad, Kathy, Michelle, Joe, Dewey, James, Kenny, Willie, Lloyd Jr., Brandon, Josh, Tabetha, Nathan, Sherry, Sandy, Brian, Judy and Donna; 13 great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.

Visitation will be Thursday after 5 p.m. at the Kentenia Full Gospel Church.

Funeral services will be conducted Friday at 1 p.m. at the church with the Rev. Ed Houston and the Rev. George Fredricks officiating.

Burial will follow in Resthaven Cemetery.

Her sons will serve as pallbearers.

Mount Pleasant Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.



She will be truly missed by all.
